    Hi everyone !!
New member here, my name is George and I'm from Lima, Peru.
I'm a pilot willing to build my own sim. I have a degree in electronics and I like to think that I'm very good at designing and building things, people say I'm handy.
As for the sim, don't really know how to start the platform for it. Been looking around and read about linear actuators, but honestly I'm not even sure if a 6dof is what I need (though I read is the best and I'm willing to try it), so any help will be greatly apreciated.

Hi Diego, not doing so well, time is a big factor. I'm giving more time to the sim itself instead of the platform. I bought a couple of very cheap DC motors but haven't tried them yet. I'll let you know of any changes.
