Hi everyone, I was wondering if it would be interesting to do directly a PCB with an integrated wireless microcontroler (I was thinking about an ESP32) as a wheel backing? No it wouldn't be carbon style, but it would be way simpler for those that are not really equipped to do electronics or manual stuff, and PCBs can be black too. The buttons would be screwed as normal with a connector on the back to be easily interchangeable. In future versions it would also be possible to add a screen directly (or LEDs or whatever) to the PCB/plateI'm willing to do the design and tests and release the plans, firmware and files for free if enough people are interested. Here's a poorly paint edited image that explains what I mean :)

I'd look in the DD wheel section , a few of us have made button box/plates for our wheels :)
