    Hello,

I can't seem to get the plugin for NoLimits 2 to work. I'm running simtools 2.1. I've installed the NoLimits 2 plugin, patched the game (the game manager says "connected"), and I've gone into steam and added "--telemetry" to the launch options. Unfortunately, however, when I start the game I get absolutely no data in the simtools tuning window - everything is just straight zeros.

I have steam and all of my games installed on a drive other than the C drive, so perhaps this is the issue? Maybe the plugin isn't properly patched because it can't find the game? When I patch the game I'm not given the option of selecting the file location as it simply says "no pathway required." Thanks in advance to any willing to help.

I'm sure someone will chime in that has actually used this plugin, but I don't believe the demo sends out telemetry?
Are you using the full game or a demo buddy?

Thanks for chiming in. I'm using the full version of the game. That was a good guess though.

Maybe try launching it from the command line with the "--telemetry" option?
Just to see if the launch options are getting recognized?
Should be something simple, as I know people have used this plugin.

I have it working now. I'm not certain exactly what I did to get it work. I re-installed the plugin as well as deleted some residual files from the demo, so perhaps that had something to do with it. Regardless, thank you very much for your suggestions.

I’m having the same problem. Purchased the full sim but I have no movement. DOFreality 2 dof. Any ideas? I had demo mode but uninstalled this. Re patched. It did not ask for a path on either.

Just to confirm my assignments. I have pitch and roll only. Is this correct? Can I assign others such as surge and heave? It’s working ok but just wondering if I can simulate acceleration on a 2 dof platform?

You can and should use surge, sway, heave, roll and pitch, even on a 2DOF, see here regarding how to refine a motion profile, initially doing one axis at a time: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

use the tuning center to get good values.

Look up the FAQs to see how tuning center works.
