    investigue sobre que motor colocar en el simulador,por lo cual opté en los (moto-reductores),No dude en investigar donde poder comprar de este tipo de motor...con la búsqueda encontré una empresa; (http://www.transtecno.com/) que fabrica los motoreductores a medida que deseé el cliente,por lo cual el comercial "PARA DARME UN PRESUPUESTO" me pidió las siguientes características;

    potencia=?

    vueltas de salida=?

    fuerza en Nm=?

    Hello everybody!
as you will see I'm new in this forum, although not so new ... as I've been reading and researching for months to make my own simulator 2 dof WHY YOU NEED YOUR HELP!! :D

At the moment I'm in the process of the simulator, so there were many questions about the type of engine I need to support the structure and weight of the person being introduced.

Total person and structure: 150kg MINIMUM --> that would have to support the engine.

    I researched on which engine to place in the simulator, so I opted in the (motor-reducers), do not hesitate to investigate where to buy this type of engine ... with the search I found a company (http://www.transtecno.com/) that manufactures the motor-reducers as desired by the customer, so the commercial "TO GIVE ME A QUOTE" asked me the following characteristics;

    power (W)=?

    output turns=?

    force in Nm=?

those calculations would not know how to solve, since the formula is not used to be right when buying an engine and not waste money or time.

If anyone could tell me what kind of (Nm), output turns, power I need to support the 150kg, I'll thank you!

I WANT THE ENGINE TO BE OVERPOWERED, BUT AT THE SAME TIME FAST.

I will be uploading photos of the simulator that is in process Greetings!

INGLISH-->Hello @satbranigan], thank you very much also for your interest, I pass by your thread to see your simulator.

this week I'm going to make a test video of the simulator to check the manufacturing failures. greetings!

    Hi, everybody.
Here you have the first test of the simulator 2 dof

In the first test of movements, we can see that the cardan cracks, so it will be welded to eliminate that annoying noise.
As I said this is the "first" test to observe design errors.
    Design errors:
The first error is the size of the simulator at least for me, I would like to completely change the design to something smaller and more compact.
Second error are very low power engines. "WILL BE REPLACED BY MORE POWERFUL ONES"

    Hi @RENZOREY18,
    Great setup man!
One thing, at 35 seconds in your video, you can see the sim "twist" pretty bad.
If you can eliminate this, your sim will perform a ton better.
I mean once fixed, you will be able to feel allot more of the road, and everything won't get washed out by the" twisting".
Take care, and nice work man!:thumbs

I think those engines are powerful enough to move your seat, but not with the entire structure including pedals and steering wheel. Try to modify the structure so that it only moves the seat and shortens the radius of the gearmotor to 6 cm so that the movements are shorter, you will also gain more power.

Hello great @yobuddy, thank you very much for your master advice.

As you saw in the video, the simulator is missing many tweaks, in these days I will eliminate the cardan turn and also modify the structure: D.

Regarding the engines: how many rpm is recommended to have clean, light, precise movements?

    hello @titomaky mate,
Thank you!!! for your great help, as you will see the structure is very heavy so it will be modified ...
    Regarding the engine:
the reducer is large, so changing the engine for a greater (W) would change the force to move the entire structure, I want everything to move to make it more real.

What motor specs to use depends on many design factors, you can use SimCalc to get an idea of design Vs physics trade offs: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...e-linear-speed-and-forces-of-your-design.270/
