    FI. I did purchased one of these servos for testing and on looking at it was a bit dubious with the quality of the motors. Decided to do some testing and after some constant use under a load the motor just died. Maybe I got a lemon? Could not find any info on the in-use duty cycle for these servos and wondered if anyone had found it?

    There are 3 versions

    110kgcm 0.12 sec/60 degrees
    260kgcm same speed
    380kgcm higher gearing 0.5s/60 deg

    I've used all 3 for heave action and strongest is best which is the E-04B

    I only use mine for flight sim. I don't know how they would hold up for driving, but motors are easily replaceable as they're standard 550 size. I tested them too and find them to be only about 50% rated torque but haven't had any fail on me.

    Actually the error message says where the problem is. The variable 'kActuatorCount' seems to be defined multiple times. Search the code for "int kactuatorcount" and delete all occurrences except (the right) one.
    If this does not work, upload the code that you are using, so that someone can have a look at it.

    But I have another problem. I have 2dof with belt tensioner. I try to add gseat but I buy serwo 35 kg and it stop working. I thought it was to weak and buy 60 kg like on belt tensioner. Make this arduino code for lift only, wired and put power 7 volts and it's working, its working well, fantastic feeling on surge (throttle) but stoped I don't know even when on dirt rally play. What is the problem? (maybe on my previous 35 kg was the same)
    I try to change power to arduino 5 volts to check maybe it help, but only I have archive is that when I move serwo arm and powered serwo it goes to start point but on sim tools when I try to check it it, it doesn't move
    I use power supply Adjustable from 3 to 12 volts 2.5 amperes

    Under what circumstances does it stop working, like after a crash or just driving along?

    I don't know when stop work. Update :) working again I will be test it and see when it stop working again

    This is a valid question, and the answer seems to be „No“. The PSU spec says 2500 mA, and the servos have a stall current of 8.5 to 10.4 A each, depending on the applied voltage.

    So if the servos stop moving when they are under load, the reason could be that the current provided by the PSU is not sufficient. Even when not stalled, they can easily exceed the 2.5 A limit.

    Wow thanks. For answer. I see now that gseat and belt tensioner is must have for my 2dof but I will go with it and change serwos to stepper motor because of sewo noise

    Its not really noisy. There could be newer and better servos now than i listed above - just get as strong as you can if you’re going compact.
