    Hey,

I am actually following you on youtube!
I would like to know if its also doable with a 500w permanent magnet motor like this one from banggood:

DC 24V 350W 2700RPM Permanent Magnet Electric Motor Generator for Wind Turbine
    https://banggood.app.link/W16nBKRwWR

i also saw your update video where you went from 1:4 to 1:16, why did you do that? Do you think it is needed for a 500w motor?

    Great build,
    Thanks

P.s. Won't 12 v and max 280W pc power supply block, be enough for MY1015 (250W) with 1:4 ratio? May be with that it will also generate less heat? If it has one.
And b.w. seems to be that those MY1015/1016 are actually, all the same motors but have different stickers on'em with diff specs. A dude that dealt with them for scooters provide such an info.

    DC motor

Hi bro.. Thank you for following my tutorial dont forget to subscribe my channel.. :D

yes you can use that motor, even some people use that for DD project. But please think about the temperature. Your motor will go very2 hot soon, I prefer to choose bellow 150w and add more ratios to make it more safe..

Also.. My now ratio is just 1:6 not 1:16. since i burned my motor (twice) i saw the torque is getting drop, so i went to 1:6 to get the torque back..

If you go with 12v PSU on 24v motor, i think you will get half torque too. You better buy 24v 20A PSU bro. For the temp condition, maybe we have different result because usually in my country has around 21-34c

    Cool. Thanks.

Basically, you replace time, force and x position as per your data to the corresponding graphs.
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...C2NmGHzodC6GLgNNAym29H86La4/edit#gid=32872705
Before that, work out a bit the raw excel like that.
    https://www.hesa.ac.uk/support/user-guides/import-csv

    Here is yours.

    ScreenShot00978.jpg

From Arduino wheel. All depends on motor. The graphs are almost alike.

    ScreenShot00981.jpg

But all should look like that. And even better....

That's hardly mmos issue. What kind of rig do you have. What motor. What power supply. What is gear ratio.
    Any photos etc?
