    Hi,
What fuse size is recommended to use in front of a 200W/12V motor and what cable area? Is 2,5mm² OK or do I need 4mm²?

    Ciao,
For the fuse 200/12 = 16.6 (indicatively), however, on the motor plate you should have the data "A = ampere" usually use a fuse equal to this data.

For 200W to 24Vdc should be 1.5mm² (cable length 1m).
    I personally used a 2.5mm² cable (cable length 70cm.) For electric motor 24Vdc - 235W - 26A

    Thanks @alexdraco.
Will use a 20A DC circuit breaker for each 20Amp motor and think I will go for 4mm² cable to be on the safe side. Saw a table for low voltage use in cars (audio) and 2.5mm² was rated 25Amp and 4mm² 30Amp (no correction for length and ambient temperature).
