    Wagnard,

The latest plugin package doesn't include the xml at me.
After updated the plugin, with the latest xml file (533 bytes) In the srv has no movements.
With the previous xml (the surge seems to be reversed and the sway
    has strange movements.)
If I load the game directly in srv, no movement till I board to the ship. After once boarded and deploy, there is
    movements in the srv.
At you guys? is that different?

    George

You need to unpatch and patch with latest plugin with GameManager launched with Admin priviledge for the XML to be extracted to the right place.

Can you allow me to check with CheatEngine directly on your computer the Values of the pointers via TeamViewer? If you agree, give me the ID and Password that teamViewer will give you in Private Message.

Edit: got a repro. Will try to fix this,

I have tried to unpatch, repatch, but the same issue. The surge is reversed.

    Wagnard,

After a few more tests at me in the srv the surge directions are changing as I turn with the srv.
I mean if I go for example heading 0 - the surge dirs are ok, if I turn 180 degree, to heading
180 with the srv - the surge dirs are reversed. The same strange thing I experienced with sway.
The heave, roll, pitch seems to be OK.

    Cheers,
    George

Yep I can confirm. Trying to sort this out.

Edit: here is the updated pointer for SRV.
It should fix the surge ( you may have to adjust your max/min).
It should fix when starting directly on the SRV.
As I don't have a 6DOF (yet) , It's hard to test the Sway for me. From what I see on screen with trial and error, it seems fine. Tell me if this at least fix some of the issues you had.

Time for a break for me, spent all day on theses pointers.

File inside plugin has a double "__" and it should only be one
please change the file name from "__MinMax.cfg" to "_MinMax.cfg"

    Wagnard,

Getting better and better... SRV: now surge, heave, roll, pitch are OK, sway also working right, but the opposite direction as in the ship.
The other problem I recognised for 6DOF users:
I'm using 6DOF platform, in this way if I'm using roll, pitch, heave, surge, sway forces I only have one more free DOF for extra1 or extra2.
That means If I want to get roll and pitch together in the srv, I has to kick off one of the other forces, or I can only use one of the extra's.

I have also tried to assignthe same com ports to (b) Axis Assignments also, but the same com port can only be directed to a, or b Axis Assignments,
not working parallerly in a and b in the current Simtools version.

    Any ideas?

    George

    Plugin update:
-Yaw and Sway had he same value:eek: . Now fixed !
-Added the possibility to reverse the direction of a DOF via the XML file.
-Latest XML included in the plugin, don't forget to re-patch with GameManager with admin privilege.

-Possibility to change via XML the option to use the SRV with the Roll / Pitch instead of Extra (seems needed for some 6dof motion platform.).
-Small fix to the SRV pointers I forgot to modify in a previous update that generate no data if we enter the game directly into SRV.
-Possibility to change via XML the forces of the SRV.
(Note: The forces are in %, valid from -32768 to +32767 no decimal) default 100 of course.
If you select to not use the Extras, usually a 3% is not bad.

Lol, you can repost a new one with mine if you want. Or maybe a forum mod can do something.
