    Yes the Mig is for sale to civilians...the implied humor is that almost nobody could afford it, which is why we build simulators in the first place.

    If someone tries to sell any type of aircraft with armaments to a civilian both the seller and buyer are going to be in deep shit. But an aircraft without armaments is just an aircraft.
