    Hello everyone !
    I'm here to present my project 2d ° f

    Simulation type: Automotive

Type of simulator: only mobile seat

Total load in motion: 90Kg for the mecano tester (me), 70 the official driver (my son) + 12kg of the seat is maxi 100kg / 110kg

Degree of freedom and movement: 2DOF collaborative engines

Maximum range of motion: 15 ° or 20 ° (still need info)

Actuators and boards: 120kw motor, sabertooth 2 * 32, arduino

Manufacturing: wood in a 1st time then?

    Technical capacities:
none, but thirsty to learn and rise to the challenge

special constraints: not a constraint but a wish to integrate everything under the seat

Thanks in advance to the mentors for watching over me and giving me all the useful tips

    Salut,
Tu es sûr pour tes 120 kw, ça va remuer, tu envisages tonneaux et loopings ! ;)
    Hi,
You are sure about your 120 kw, it will stir, you consider barrels and loops!)

Small worries in IRL that I have little time to devote to my 2dof But the desire is still there and at the same time arrive my orders

    finally some free time;)

here is the calculation of implantation of the kneecaps
arm * sine (angle of motion) = crank
    here I take 10 °
    X * (sinus10) = 45
    x = 26cm
length of a square inscribed in a circle of radius 26cm
    26 * 1.414 = 36.66 cm
    *************************
    Calcul d'implantation des rotules
    bras*sinus(angle de mouvement)=manivelle
    ici je prends 10° maxi
    X*(sinus10)=45
    x=26cm
    ********************************

    Nice progress.

Which code are you using with the Arduino + Sabertooth and what PSU?

    Thanks for the "nice progress"
I use arduino "micro" with the last card 2*32 de sabertooth

For the code it's a "personal" adaptation of a code for 4 dof that I found on the net there is already a lot of time

alas my mother tongue is French and I'm not good at English but I can copy you my original file even if the management of engines (pib) is not terrible this is part of future developments

thank you for reading my post
