Sometimes when I use simtools I have telemetry bug. For example, Pcars2, on a straight line, I have a brutal movement backwards when there should not be any. I leave the game and I restart the game, I take the same circuit and the same car and then no problem. What can it come from?

I would check that you don't have a short in one of your potentiometers.
If a potentiometer became disconnected momentarily during a ride, this could happen.
    (Depending on your sim build)

how do you want to check? it happens when there is a windows update. I have doubts that it comes from a potentiometer because it would do it all the time :) kind regards
