Recently purchased a 3DOF rig ( https://dofreality.com/ ), have an Oculus Rift, and primarily play iRacing and am trying to figure out this motion cancellation thing.

I've searched the threads on this forum, google searches, ect and haven't been able to find a guide or walk through directly applying to my setup. Just a lot of convos back and forth over pages or involving different combinations of equipment.

I haven't been able to get motion cancellation working (using OpenVR).

Anyone have a similar setup? Any recommendations? Did I just waste a good hunk of change on something that isn't going to work right?

    Thanks for the reply!

I turned down the movements via simtools and you are right it seems as if you can get away with it.
