Hey Marco can't really help with your question.

Here is how I went about mounting my G2s, i think cooling wise its a complete overkill for those units, but I had most of the things left over from the returned 12v12 so I didn't have to purchase anything

I don't know if there are really any advantages compered to other units out there. I wanted to keep things as simple as possible for my first build. Easy to install, easy to configure, less things to go wrong. I did not have any experience with configuring a controller boards before, and having to use code just made it a bit more complicated. JRKs offered proven unit that has worked well with PGsaw 180W motors, and was already integrated well into Simtools.

I think it makes sense to pair your board to your motors, and maybe for my next project I will use something else, it worked well with this project.

very neat, they are really small and well built to see, I like 3DPrinted support, you used PLA or PETG.

I used PLA, No need for PETG, you can flex on the little mounts all day long and they wont break due to the print axis.
