    hall sensors have polarity so you need to connect them right. one other thing that you would need to check is if the feedback is tracking your motor correct and if it isn't you will need to swap the polarity of your motor as you can not swap polarity on the hall sensors.
    and perhaps you would need to change direction on a axis too in axis assignments but for sure you will need to do some new profiling.
    i am using hall sensors like the one @noorbeast posted above but i think yours will do too
