Hello..Yeah i saw that problem at work,i don't understand why it's happening.I have pictures at work,so today i will post them again :)

And little bit update to my sim:
I have made a very big mistake with cooling and propably burn out 1 of my jrk's.I can't move motor with slider, when i try to turn it on,there is very noisy sound(like some tension in the air) and chip is getting super hot.I have tried to connect other PSU,but without succes, result is same.Propably i have to buy 1 new piece..Just in time when i have finished my sim,and enjoyed fun:D:D..I am so angry, but that's my stupid.

So now,i will remove screw terminal for motor, power supply and solder cables from the botom. In this case i will have more place for big aluminum heatsink.

Here is that bad cooling combo...so don't make same mistake as me..jrk's gets very very hot, especialy, when you got strong motors.

    Oh no, bad luck !
I have - or better - plan to have a similar setup with cooler, heatsink and MonsterMoto Shield.
What is your (better) solution ?

That 4H hole is not necessary,i have it because I'm using pins to go through hole, and pin have to be tough as much as possible. You can use simly screw with washer and nut ;)

    Hello simboys and simgirls :)
Finally i finished building of my 3 dof simulator,And i am very happy with feeling.
    Made some upgrades:

1)New seat with belt(in future,i will connect belt with spring for brake effect)
2)Added springs between middle and upper construction(because one of my motor goes out from position without current,so spring will hold position of lever..and heave or pitch giving me nice feeling)
    3)Repair electronics(bad contacts,and better secure cables)
4)Mounted 120mm fans for each jrk-now I am able to play 4-5 hours without overheating :)

One problem is,than jrk controllers falling down while playing.I had to turn motor accel to 300 and duty cycle to 350 i think..and the same is for PID,i can't use too agressive proporcional.
Now i have 0,2.Maybe my sim is too hard, and motors are giving too much current? I don't know yet, have to do more testing.

I have ordered 3d printer from Prusa (newest model i3 mk3) from my country.I am very looking foward too open many doors for simracing equipment, real fun will start :)
Last mont I am working on GT3 steering wheel (Mercedes AMG GT3).When i will complete it,make video for you.

That's all for now.Good luck on your projects!!! :) See you soon.

Here pics from upgrade, and my actual project:

CTC lever overall about 80mm and two holes from shaft(45 and 60mm,I think).
Now my rig is transfered to frex SCN5 with JRK traction loss, also made aluminum stand for monitors.I have to upload new photos for update.

    Ok, thanks Danny !
Today i will hopefully do my first test with motors moving !
My ctc lever has a length of 6cm (but a 2nd hole as well at 8 cm), and I might have to less pitch movement.
    Let`s see....

7 months ago,I switched 2 gear motors for SCN5 from frex.I am verry happy with results. It was best choice, and I realized, that speed is the most important thing for me in racing simulator.Using new traction loss system with ball units. They are making movement very smoother and free, than rollers.TL is still running in 12v gear motor from pgsaw.I am considering to order aluminum profiles to rebuild my rig, because i want to have adjustable all modules.with this option i will buy another actuator from frex for traction loss.(SCN 6 60kg 200mm stroke),and sell all pgsaw motors with jrk.
Here are some photos with last changes+video in action

After long pause with 3d modeling,my work continues.Watched tutorial from AMStudio on youtube.I really like rgb shifting light and dashboard behind steering wheel. So now modeling enclosure for combine these two things.Electronics allready tested. Also I continue with AMG GT3 steering wheel.Already have laser cuted aluminum 4mm sheet, and have all another needed parts.Progress will coming soon :)
