    Can someone please tell me what are the actuators I can use for a 3 dof simulator except scn actuators and wiper motors..

    They vary in strength I've not used them myself but have seen a couple of projects using them. Are you just looking for alternative ideas?

    You should finalise the design first, so that you know what it will take to drive it.
