Too cheap for ya Shannon ? :p

There's always the Style 3 in Full CF if that's to your liking, On par with Ascher, but cheaper....they are just coming out of design and are being built up asap.

So Amg Wheel IRL has exposed wires on the back side, but i honestly dont like the look of a switch with some heat shrink, so In comes some Fancy switch guards for the Rear, some unique shapes and designes for the front and some switch labels to mark some different mappings.

Next up needed some Nice button guards Yes i know the Grip isn't proper, Its a 3mm thick plate Grip on a 5mm thick plate.

These are also TPU Based Guards which are soft and flexible.

TPE which is much softer when compared to TPU.
This one feels VERY unique in the fact you have to actually squish some of the guard to press the button and overall feels super cool.

    TPE

TPU Rubber Switch Guards for the back to match the Grips....Suuuure Why not....Gloss finish all the way to the Speckle finish to match the grips...Customer's choice if they want.

And to cap it off, I wanted a knock off of the Fanatec Funky switch knob, So i took the time, learned how to Knurl something in Fusion and set to it.

yes the Vette labels are 100% printed, The Corvette Badge and the AMG Labels are 99% print and 1% Enamel paint pens. ;)

This was All on a .4 nozzle as well. I brought in a .2 to play with in the future.

I had to mount an Accuforce on the shelf-like wheel platform that my new rig came with. I watched several Fusion 360 training videos, took a bunch of measurements, and designed some little clamps to attach pieces of 10-series to the top of the platform. Then I could just bolt the wheel to the extrusions.

The coarse appearance is because I increased the layer height and shell count for a (hopefully) stronger part. The little gripper pads turned out to be so grippy on the platform's vinyl surface that the wheel was hard to slide around even before clamping it down.

IF i am looking at your parts properly, you really should flip the print axis of both the parts, you would also get a much nicer "Extrusion slot" printing this way and if you want super nice definition on the Extrusion Slot, run some support under it.

My thinking was that since this is a clamping part that will be compressed under force, for the most strength and stability the layers should be stacked so that the screw is squeezing them together. Since I didn't use 100% in-fill, printing on this axis should also provide the most strength internally.

The piece with the alignment rail that fits into the extrusion channel was printed with the rail down on the table. The reason the surfaces on either side of the rail look particularly messy is because they were printed with support material that had to be broken off and I didn't bother to file/sand the area smooth.
