    Hello to all.
    I would like to ask a question about the ac3 program to regulate the pid. When I start the program I keep getting this message and most of the time I can not use the program to do the various settings. Is there anything I can do?

    I confirm that I am experiencing the same problem tested on 3 or 4 pcs.
    If you are lucky, the application starts in very rare cases but most of the time from this error.
    The COM port is correctly set, maybe you need to use a specific baute rate?
    We are Italian and keeping the language of the pc in English would be a little problematic


    confermo che sto riscontrando lo stesso problema provato su 3 o 4 pc.
    Se si è fortunati l' applicazione parte in casi rarissimi ma il più delle volte da quest' errore.
    La porta COM è correttamente impostata, magari bisogna utilizzare un baute rate specifico?
    Siamo italiani e tenere la lingua del pc in inglese sarebbe un po' problematico

    While I appreciate the language with respect to daily use not setting to English Local when actually using SimTools is known to create problems with some plugins, as per the link I provided.

    If you don't have link is because your usb is not ready, do you use a hub? Smc3 need a directly connettion to usb2.

    My pc is set to Italian too and I never had a problem.

    Is com9 the right com?
    Does the Arduino connect with no problem using that com?

    L'importante è che la com indicata nel file di configurazione smc3 sia uguale alla com che leggi in risorse del computer "Arduino".

    Com number in config smc3 must be the same of Arduino.
