    Hello,

I have setup an Arduino with 2 Servos for some Model building. Everything is setup right. If I try to move something over Output Testing nothing moves. Also, i have patched the game and everything is fine, but i dont see any movements in the "Virtual Axis".
Do i have to press a "Connect" button that i dont see? Com Port seems to be usable even while Game Engine is running and should be controlling the Port.

    Im using this code:

If i send Command manualy over Arduino Serial Monitor the Servos move.

The difference from SimTools 1.3 to SimTools 2 in setup is that in the Interface Settings instead of axis defined like this <Axis1> it now has designate grouping for a or b in SimTools 2 for each axis assignment, like this <Axis1a>

Thank you! That is already one problem moved out of the way. Problem: I'm still not getting any reaction whatsoever from the servos. Any Idea? I can controll them in Arduino Serial Monitor and also connect to them while im "Output Testing". Shouldnt the Com Port be used while doing that?

    Thank you,
    Marc

Don't know what eaorobbie used. There is a .cfg file, but it seems like i can't use that in SimTools 2.0.

Just checking, is the Arduino actually on COM3?

If it works in Output Testing but not in LFS then you likely did not use LFS before patching. If that is the case then unpatch LFS, shutdown SimTools, open LFS and run a lap or two, which will generate some needed files, shutdown LFS, restart SimTools and re-patch LFS in Game Manager. Then test it. You may need to capture the Min and Max settings in the Tuning Center: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/set-base-tuning-motion-values-in-the-tuning-center.122/

Yes, i did run the game before patching it. Output neither works manually over "Axis Testing" nor does the "Virtual Axis" show anything when i run the game. Haven't got any kind of movement out of the servos using SimTools yet. Using Arduino Serial Monitor everything works just fine.

Sorry, but i don't think that I need that. Using Digital RC Servos.

Im Using the RCModelSimToolsMode.ino. This should (as far as I understand) be the right one.
