Ok this is the first result, of my flex connection. The tube is little bit to long...it's not exact enough... notwithstanding that the tube is relativ stiff. I think, i have to cut it a bit shorter. By the way... the other pot has the same issue! Good, that i found it befor the next damage.

The result is clean with the aluminum profile, good job ;)
The connection potentimeter / motor is original, It doesn't move us to use?

    Sorry for my bad english,
The flex is glued on the axis of the potentiometer and the motor? Is there a sliding with time during the game?

Ahh ok, no it's not clued. I have not enough experience to say, will it sliding or not. The flex coupler, i installed new, to save the hall pots, for a longer life. I needed many power, to press the flexible tube...i think i will hold, because the pots are very free-moving. If not, i can change that in future.

Today i cut these for 10-15%... and now, i'm satisfied this the precision!

Hey, now a windy update of my rig. Today my In Line Blowers arrived me.... and it's awesome! What a difference! But for now, i only use 65% of the power. It's to windy for me. haha. It's soooo nice! Can't life without that, anymore.
But one sad thing....my motion chancellation don't work anymore, since the last steam VR update. :/ Hope matzman666 can help.

But anyway here pictures of my upgraded rig. :)

Not really sure, what you mean... Both motors, work in different directions. Maybe you mean that. :)

Hey....i wanna share my mind with you and mabye you have a opinon for that! I'm thinking about, to use four motors like my ones, instead that cardan joint. What do you think...is my construction to heavy for my idea? My motors at the moment have 65NM (on paper) ....

Hey some news! Now i have a manual shifter and a 5 point belt. The shifter comes with a hinge-joint, for a better boarding, of my rocket. ;-) And the belt is really great. For the immersion, it's a better feeling...i strongly recommend, for drivers without that. I'm really proud now. :)

It's an pleasure for me, to share my pictures. Nearly extact one year ago, i was planing my motion seat. I was very active here and watched out for other people, how they built it. Everyone found his own solution. And now...after many hours of test driving and improvements, i'm very happy and proud. I can't imagine anymore, to drive without that. To most people drive without....thats sad for me. :)

Hey Mates... a new update from me. Finally i throw out the useless playseat construction! And now, i could increase (really noticeable) the force feeling! For first, i save 7kg+ and the best is, the new vertical balancepoint is 10cm (4inch?!)lower, than before. This is a better improvement, as i thought. And here is a picture of that. If you don't understand exatly, what i did -> compare with my last pictures. :)

Before you think, the lower platform is to small. I can tell you, it's really ok. The viewing angle of that photo is not good. The lower platform is longer on the backside and the width is much bigger too. I have no problems with a wobble frame. On this picture, you can see better, the lower frame in comparison to the upper frame.

And some other news...i ordered new motors (smililar to the pgsaw motors) and new contactless hall sensors. I'm pretty happy, that my wife gives me green light for that. xD And i will keep you up to date. :cheers
