    after all this time I managed to make some progress on the g-seat, now I have a base with 4 motors 24v this will not be final must see and control still many things I used my cards that support high loads, now I have tested everything 12v then the movements are still very slow.
    in the next few days I will try to finish it all ....

    the job is not finished yet but the bulk is done, and still lacks the complete coating of the details to be decided on the mechanics of the base

    now a small video calculated that the PWM motor was 80% and the minimum PID
    the seat weighs about 60kg tried with me that other 60Kg and motors were traveling at large




    yet the mechanism is to make more stable

    I have to make a decision:
    currently with this type of mechanism I can also recreate a minimum crush but this involves several problems:
    1 engines retrospectively must work with auctions almost 45 degrees subjecting the engines to considerable strain and decreasing the real thrust.
    2 mechanics become much more complex, I have to add various rods and deleting games due to the rod ends or uniball.

    for a slight crush worth?

    or put a joint that makes it stable

    Nice looking seat :thumbs, but 60Kg:eek:, too bad you could not use high torque servos - as they only have to 'push' on the body? Just watched the video - cool - seat works well, just concerned on how stable that four motor setup will be and the amount of weight those wiper motors/gearbox will have to heave when there is a person on top. Look forward to further progress.

    I really appreciate the detail and innovation involved in your G-seat build @spyderwash.

    I just want to clarify that the issue is with the 4 motors at the base creating motion for the seat, as something seems to have got lost in translation.

    Depuis quelque temps je travaille sur un concept similaire sans le "g-seat", mais avec les mêmes moteurs :

    For some time I am working on a similar concept without the "g-seat", but with the same engines:



    Le triangle rouge est disposé à l'avant du siège afin d'optimiser le "traction lost" en simulation automobile.
    Pour palier au manque de puissance j'ai prévu un ressort pour aider à remonter l'ensemble.

    Ne disposant pas de temps je ne me suis pas encore lancé, mais ça va venir !
    Par contre @Wanegain c'est précipité sur l'idée qui est en cours de réalisation.
    Nous avons étudié et résolus quelques problèmes que je vous invite à consulter :

    The red triangle is disposed at the front of the seat to maximize the "traction lost" in automotive simulation.
    To overcome the lack of power I planned a spring to help lift the whole.

    Lacking time I am not yet launched me, but it will come!
    As against this @Wanegain rushed to the idea that is in progress.

    I've already made a joint spring ready to mount the main problem is the weight and size of the g-seat, being very tall and heavy my center of gravity has raised much, your advice because you now have new ideas, g-seat could achieve with simple servants, but I was not ready with the electronic part, this change would bring a good weight saving and many migliorameti, currently use a different program for movement and I apologize I've done tests with simtool and okay but I still have little experience and I would not have problems of my little knowledge current, in the future when everything perfect even try simtool
