    Normally, I'll hand out coins without issue, however, looking at your profile you appear to have posted random stuff (10 of your 11 replies were only done today!) to get your posts up.

    That's not really being involved in the community.

    Honestly, being active will see you get 250 coins in no time. Starting a thread (a valid thread) nets about 15 coins, and each reply is about 7 coins.

    Starting your own thread to showcase your simulator, and then replying to comments on your build, will see your coins skyrocket.

    The free demo version of SimTools 2 comes with the fully functional plugin for Live For Speed, specifically for the purpose of testing.

    SimTools 1.3 was free but plugins are no longer supported: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/download-the-old-version-of-simtools-1-3-and-plugins.265/

    SimTools 2 DIY version is free for eligable DIY builders.

    Interestingly it was the unlicensed use of SimTools 1.3 by commercial entities that forced the adoption of stricter licensing for SimTools 2.

    I agree the front page should be amended to make specific reference to eligable DIY builders and guess it is something that has slipped by the Admin @RaceRay in the shift from SimTools 1.3 to SimTools 2, but which I suspect will now be addressed pretty promptly.

    I don't understand why there is there is the 10 coins per plugin line in the first post. If I spend 250 coins for 1 week of download access, would I need to spend another 800 coins to download every plugin ?

    • You are able to download Plugins even when your coin account is negative. But you are not able to purchase a new download package when you do not have enough coins when the download package expires. So you can not download anything then.
    • You will earn new coins for activity in the forum.
    • If you do not have enough coins and want to download right now you are able to purchase a Gold Supporter Status for 1 month or 1 year. That Gold supporter status also includes the permission for you to the plugin download section and will also includes some special dedicated support
