Hey the 60:1 motor from MCProducts is 80 rpm.( I own this one) They realised the error in their label ( before i bought that wormgear from them, i was a bit confused because of the specs of the motor itself (4900rpm/60= 80, not 65 as the were showing). After I talked several times to Zack ( the guy form MotionControlProducts) telling him my confusion he checked it and he finally fixed it.

there is a ZYT-90-155mm sold alone, on their site, rated at half the speed the same ZYT-90 motor they use on the wormgear with 60:1.

Its the same motor I got for my actuator. I spect 1.37 Turns to move my piston 50cm. with 6cm radius pulleys. I spect to be around the commercial SCN5 speed with the SCN6 torque while loaded.

My build is a bit different, because i'm building actuators to move the seat with all the stuff.

I'm telling you my pulley radius because i think ( please correct me) that the radius of the pulleys i'm using is used the same way that the lenght of the lever, when directly conected, as most users have.

The motor i use is rated at 23A constant and 48Amps peak. it is almost 300W at 12v. All my calculations are supossed, until i finish the first actuator of 6 and test it.

How am I connecting the motor to the arm? I dont use an arm. Check my build in this link. got pics there

I hope you understand my way of expression. English is not my native language, i try my best.

    I use 2 24v wheelchair motors at 60:1

I have adjustable arm lengths so i can slow down or speed up the movement and displacement length

    They work great !
