New 24V 20A 500W power supply purchased to support new engines, now just wait to get there.

And new H-bridge, also acquired to support this new engine with slack and to use the SMC 3, that presents to be better current solution for control of the motors.

Bom dia amigo, tenho um simulador de vôo e estou interessado em montar uma plataforma destas, você poderia por favor me informar quanto que gastou com materiais ? eu achei seu projeto muito bom, você poderia compartilhar as dimensões/como montou ?

Please use Google Translate and English: Good morning, my friend, I have a flight simulator and I'm interested in putting together a platform, could you please tell me how much you spent on materials? I found your project very good, could you share the dimensions / how mounted?

It is better to start your own build thread here and post your questions on it, that way all relevant information for your project is in one place: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/forums/diy-motion-simulator-projects.22/

I think I should have the drawing of this project in sketchup, somewhere, I'll look for it as soon as I find a post here. To know how much I spent only in the end, because I lost some money even there of things I did or bought wrong, only when I finish to really say the cost without the losses.

New calculations of the performance of the motion from the engines I bought, and the measurements, one thing I did not understand is, there in Roll and Pitch force, is the force that the 2 engines can handle working together?

Simtools mixes the axis/forces allocations on the fly, so even on a 2DOF you can have sway, surge, heave, pitch and roll allocations. So there is the theoretical of just the single axis force possible for both motors, then there is the reality that axis/forces are mixed in practice.

The engine has arrived, much more robust than I have, now it is necessary to mount the lever and wait for the source to arrive ... that will take time :(

This is the design for the new engine, now all that remains to be done.

Frets mounted a bit different from the planned, but functional.

I'm thinking of having this part done in a 3D printer, to put it on the motor shaft and fit the potentiometer into it, I think it was good.

New, arrived my support of the potentiometer everything assembled embedded and SMC configured, now it is to configure the axes in the Simtools and to make the tests with weight.

First test of Motion Yes, I quite liked the initial result, very smooth so as not to impact the rift movements in good time. There are some adjustments to Heaven.

Later put the settings of the SMC3 and the axes that I am using, and record a video with a better quality.

Next step have the chair liner.

Hard to tell from the video but it does look like you have your sway inverted (turning left should sway you toward the right), try swapping it and see if it feels more natural to you.

    Project looks great, very compact!

New test with motion, I think I got close to the final configuration of it. I'll buy an usb extender to position the webcam in a better position to make one more video.

Now you just have to finish the project. I thank everyone for their support. Especially the RufusDufus by code if SMC 3 which is very good.

Yesterday I did a race of 1h and 20 minutes in a row and some more training time before and apparently everything running smoothly without heating or motor or circuit problems, apparently everything is working well and with more than I planned.

I will take some time this week to measure the consumption of each engine to get a real idea of how much of its full capacity I am using.

Now waiting for the money and the time for the finishes.

Resuming jobs after a long time, stopped. Bench lined and painted motion.

I had a problem with wires of the potentiometer, the same let out and finished that the engine turned more than it should, thus leaving my bracket crooked, Already is aligned and painted.

    Next step reconnect the motors.
