That motor mount seems to twist sideways in the video, is that indeed the case?

Yes noorbeast, it moves a little.

Apparently the motor mount is not very strong. Do you think that can be a problem?

I am not sure that it is the only problem but a mount moving like that is a problem.

Noorbeast, thank you for your observation.

This weekend I will try to reinforce it.

Later I try setting nolimits2 with oculus + sim, to gladden the little ones of the house !

    Hi guys!

Unfortunately, instead of moving forward, I stepped back.

My rig sways a lot, especially when braking.

I think it's due to two reasons:
1- I have a lot of play on the axle of motor. (I will not be able to remove it)
2- The structure is somewhat unstable.

I tried to reinforce the structure with 2 springs, and unfortunately I had the two moto moster exploded :blush .

I already bought a sabertooth 2x32 (it arrives in 2 months, this is Argentina :().

While I wait, I will redesign the structure.

My question is: put the motors forward can help minimize the problem of the play on the axle?

Do you have a video of your rig swaying under brakes where we can also see the screen at the same time.

And can you please post pictures of all of your settings for whatever game you experience the sway with.

Have you followed these steps to ensure each axis/force is configured and works independently as expected: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

A small amount of weight on the motors, rather than perfect balance, helps to minimise the effects of wormdrive free play.

    Hi noorbeast

Unfortunately the MM do not works anymore. :(

I understand you. I tried that with the springs, but it seems they were very strong, haha

I will try to get others MM while I wait for the sabertooth.
    Thanks for your support hug:
