    Hi guys!

I would like to put all this clutter in a more presentable box, and use connectors to plug in / unplug the cables to the simulator.

I saw some big plastic boxes that I can cut and put on my components, coolers, etc.

What do you suggest me ?

Hi, Perdixero, it's pretty much impossible to answer without dimensions of all the parts and dimensions of the box. But also, you would be the best to sort it all out anyway. A lot of those things are basically puzzles and depending on how tight everything fits, you may need to put things on their sides or whatever, add fans to get air in or out, and so on. You'll want to make sure stuff that gets hot has its cooling air dump straight out of the box so you don't preheat other parts.

General things to keep in mind are that boxes can help with air flow or hurt it. Cooling can be very important with motion sim parts and the box you show doesn't look to have visible vents. If you check Hoddem's seat mover thread, he is building a box with fans and space to help cooling the stuff he's putting in his.

I know it's a non-answer but the box could be fine depending on venting and size, etc.

    Good luck!

    Hi, Zed.

Thank you very much for the reply.

    I decided for the box.

There are some photos, although I am still waiting for 2 coolers for the MM.

    Cheers!

Wow! That box looks way bigger once you show it with stuff in it for a size reference! Looks good!

Wow.. That looks much better Paulo. Mine is very handmade.

This was left with a LAN connector (for reading potentiometers) and coolers for MM.
