    Hi Guys,
    As far as I know, the makers of the IL-2 series of games has still not included native telemetry.
    It does not mean that a plugin can not be created, but it means that every time the game gets updated, a new plugin has to be made.
    So my question is, how often are they updating the game these days??
    thx guys,
    yobuddy

    They update the game about once per month.

    Unfortunately Jason Williams just now replied "No we don't have an API for that yet. Hopefully in the future. Still on my list of things to make."

    Jason posted this the other day, don't know if this helps or not.

    Because we don't like creating APIs open to everyone. Why don't you motion guys give us your API that we can build to. That's what is "not fully understandable" to us. This is also why we do not have an instrument API. Someone build something we can export to in a secure way and I can try to find the time to do it. We get tired of creating stuff and wasting a lot of time and money only to have it abused or use it to give us a hard time. I also only have ONE programmer and his time is limited and we have lots of higher priority stuff to work on.

    @frenchfly,
    Do you have a link to the post?
    Or do you have an email for him?
    I don't mind writing example code for him to use in his game.
    Having motion support will only add more sales for him I would think!

    I've joined your cause on the forum there. I play it a lot and i;ve been watching in here out of interest to see whether anything comes up.

    Definitely best to not be pushy though as you say, because their lead guy can really rip off his own customers heads sometimes :)
