Here is my 2DOF and i want to adjust setting and structure for the best performance in no limits rollercoaster. Some elements with steep slope may wont be simulated well in this design.

So is your plan to use the motors and electronics but build a new frame, or something else?

Looks like a nice build. :thumbs Did you do a build log? what motor and gear box's do you have fitted? Have you considered adding a third motor to the front for 3 dof?

exactly, I am looking for the most proper structure for a real experience of rollercoaster and the best performance for mechanical parts.

I just realize that you still did not get an answer to your question in the initial post.

What I would recommend (and what I already did by myself) is:
    • Add fans for simulating wind
    • Integrate a g-seat, at least for surge. In this way you have the pitch angle and the surge force separated, which in my opinion is essential for roller coasters and planes.
    • Use VR (if this lies within your budget). I am using an Oculus Rift, and for me it is great
At the moment I have a 2DOF full frame rig with all these add-ons. I am close to starting a new rig, but it will again become the same type of simulator. I will just improve many details (use stronger motors, use stronger fans, make it much more compact, re-design the g-seat). Looking at your current structure, my first try would be to keep it and make the listed additions.

Of course these are only my personal experiences, and you will probably get many others and different ones.

    Best regards,
    Markus

    Thanks Markus,
I have a plan for fans, sound consideration and some light effects in near future, The main goal of this topic is finding the most compatible structure that has appropriate influence on user and acceptable life-time for mechanical parts. I would be grateful if you share your simulator.

    With regards,

The new topic that i did not find a suitable place to introduce, is about a multi VR headset use! Is it possible to use 3 or 6 VR simultaneous?

Not on a single computer, but you can do VR multiplayer, if that is what you mean.

    Thanks noorbeast,
I want to make a dual seat for a rollercoaster, So by this VR multiplayer, each person can have a different view of the game?

People have tried 2 VR HMDs on one computer, but realistically VR needs all the resources it can get so the better way to go is to have a multiplayer ride where the motion is shared but each person has their own VR seat position.

So multiplayer VR in this type is a same view with 2 VR headsets that is generated by movement of one headset ?!

This is my initial design for a dual seat roller-coaster that provides more movement!

A game has to be designed for multiplayer, so there are two positions side by side in the game for each of the particpants.

there is this option to use GearVr with Samsung Galaxy S6+, connect it wirelessly with the pc game, it could be for two or more players.

Be careful with this with VR newbies as the GearVR only runs at 60fps at best and network data transfer will induce lag.
