    Good evening everyone after a few months of reflection and navigation on this forum which is a gold mine of information, I am launched in the realization of a 2Dof simu . I ordered a 120W motors that I received, I also started the chassis and finished the gimbal support stand. I leave you some photos to follow the advanced of the sim.

    With such a short leverage length you will need to have this really well balanced and as light as you can make it.

    I agree that balance and weight are critical. But why would the short levers make this more of an issue? It seems to me like the short drive levers would cause less movement of the platform, which would make it easier to overcome an imbalance than if the motor levers were longer. Am I missing something?

    Very nice workmanship so far! I like the clean and simple homemade U-joint.
