For my new project I'm thinking about switching all the wiring inside the metal frame:
    In short.
    - cables from 220V to 12V 50A power supplies
    - cables from power supply cards JRK 12V12
    - cables from JRK 12V12 cards to engines
    - signal cables from JRK 12V12 cards potentiometers
    - USB cable (mini-b - usb) from JRK 12V12 cards to pc
In which of these cables suggested me to place the ferrite in order to avoid the risk of interference? At what point in the cable should position it?
    Thanks for your suggestions

All cables ... and should be placed nearest to the device being protected or mostly affected with interference .

You should use ferrite near to the jrk card as it is the active element, the pot is not active ... it is passive .
and for the PC and the jrk ... more ferrite on both sides is better ...
