wiper motors may have an internal stop position where that is related to the actual lowest point of the wipers on the car front shield ... make sure you eliminate those position contacts and have a continuous connection to the motors that makes them rotates endless ...

i think we got it.. we may have some motor ground issues.

please post some pictures of the motors :)

and yes, it's mandatory to check (and remove) motor case grounding!

just remove that cover and you'll see what I mean ...

BTW ... those motors could cause a short circuit to the metal chassis as you use +ve and -ve to their body when forward and reverse the direction ... use proper insulation from the chassis .

done all that..this is how it's now. no short circuits..all wiring is ok.. when it tilts back it doesn't go all the way pot's max limit when it stuck's

so i tested it now and when it comes back forward position to center it goes maybe little over it and stuck's..then i pull it manually back to center(about 1cm) it moves again when i give arduino command, but only forward and center and same again...in center position when i give command to tilt back it goes about half of center and pot's maxlimit.

This is not a problem description my friend ... this is the easy way for getting lost description :) ... please speak with your native language and provide the best google translation as much as you can ...
Some of our multi language members here will sure catch what you need .

Answer these questions please as much as you can :
    • Are you using the SMC3 code for the Arduino ? If yes -> post a screenshot for that motor settings .
    • Is the error in two motors or just one ? If yes -> test the other motor for the same MM .
    • Have you test replaced the pot of the other motor ?

    Good luck .:thumbs

What's your PWM Max duty cycle setting at? Not many people have this problem, but sometimes on my rig, if I get a large current spike, the overcurrent protection on the monstermoto will trip out and the motor will "die" (it will cut power). The motor driver won't wake up again until the motor has been manually rotated back into place for the position set point (this is probably a safety thing in the driver chip, it won't unlock until the output duty cycle drops back to zero again).

If the grounding issues aren't at fault, then try lowering the max duty cycle to between 80 and 90% and see what happens. Then just keep raising it until you reach whatever the threshold is before the problem starts to arise again.
