Because when I play LFS, gamedash speed output is m/s, and is an integer
So this number * 3.6, the unit is a multiple of 3.6 to increase,
If I do not want this, do I have to modify the plugin

You can try to modify the plugin, but if the game itself output only integer m/s, then you can do nothing with it even in the plugin

In addition gamedash currently takes only integers as input. Decimals will be ignored. So modifying the plugin only will make no difference
As @TOPMO3 said, those extra digits/precision may not be worth the code/performance effort. Is a tachometer needle precise ?
Anyway speed is changing very fast so anyway you couldn't read decimals and probably not the last digit either, unless you drive a snail :p

Nice Wheels, Jordan. I am thinking of ordering one with the orange & white striping (which I will be alcantara/suede wrapping, BTW!), am I right in that it originally has a gap across the top (can't quite tell from the pic)? Would you happen to know what that gap dimension is across the gap and perhaps even the dimension from the centre part of the wheel? This will help me determine the size of screen and button/rotary switch layout design.
    Cheers
    Seb

    Hi,

There is a gap across the top, but I cut the gap larger, so I'm not sure what it was orignally.

    Thanks,
    Jordan

Has anyone used the Nextion LCD Touch-screens yet? https://www.itead.cc/wiki/NX4827K043
They seem to only require Gnd/+/Tx/Rx (4core) cabling and have their own software to design dash screens (multiple) with button inputs for various functions displayed on-screen. So my plan with my wheel is to have screen/buttons/encoders/5-way hat switch (ala playstation joystick) on the wheel to run in-game/in-race functions. Am now trying to decide which Arduino (or equivalent) to run the setup. My question is, how many USB inputs can I run with the various sims & should I run this setup into a button box (which will also be built to handle 'other' functions/Load-cell handbrake/sequential shifter/pedals with one USB output) knowing there will be an input from the direct-drive (or similar) wheel base. Also, would anyone know which Arduino has the most I/O?

Hello, you should create a new thread as you are mentionning a different display device. It will keep this thread focused on the initial goal.

You call this a "Sample" Dash? You're being very modest here, lol.
