Gear motor doesn't run smoothly

    2DOF, DC motor, Arduino
    Using Racing Mat 2 DOF Code and Simtools 2.0
    The motor doesn't run well.
    Check the video. Can someone give me some suggestions ?

    I am using 180 degree Hall effect pots. Is it possible that they are too sensitive? or a gap between the gear box ?
    or problem from china clone MM board because they cannot run RacingMat ultrasonic code ?
