HelloWe go for a new simulator, implementation will be based on the tutorial to momoclic on designing a 3DOF effect to swell and the great invention of the Willaupuis wseat with the seating of mobile bucket for the surge.
    Tutorial momoclic:
    http://pcshm-simulateurs-homemade.c...-simulateur-de-pilotage-3DOF-moteurs-350w.htm

    Materials used:
    - 3 motors 24v 350w 45cm
    - 2 or 3 engines smolka 24v
    - Toothed wheel 50/20
    - 3 sabertooth 2x32
    - 3 Power 24v 480w
    - 1 card Arduino Mega 2560

The entire mobile part will be used only with the effects roll / pitch / heave and sway effects seat / surge, surge is already defined by the longitudinal movement of the seat of the tub that will effectively give the back support the record during acceleration and dumped us to harness braking.
The sway side effect, will either be that the dorsal part of the record that would have a pendulum movement, which will pin us to the dimension of the tub when turning or pallets at the thighs and shoulders.
The purpose of all this is to have the warning can be a mix of one effects the mobile plate have to mix 3 effects.
In my realization I use part of my 6DOF seat mover, the Arduino code will be the same with the pid adjustment + 350w for engines and reconfiguration of sabertooth for this same engine, increasing the limit intensiter.

    the cranks.

Cut corners for fixing engines, it's crude, has more work to clean it.
    Angle 6cm on 5mm thick.

I recorks holes at angles which are useless to the post welded to the aesthetic dimension.

    All over.

    Position of power
    [IMG]

The carrier is the high ball from the rod, I arrived nothing was welding, the mig strongly.

I got the triangle of my former simulation, the support linkage will rivet / paste the triangle like the old system of 6DOF we still see little.

    To be continued.

    The connecting rods are finished.

kneecaps that are tie rod ball joints.
The result will be fixing motors base with triangle and electronics to the first test.

Following the tray with the recovery of part of my first simulator, basically this simulator is manufactured with 2 and 6DOF I had :B

The elements are positioned just to see a pars engines that are setting them and the steering wheel is too low and near the headquarters, goodbye.
A stress shot at putting the tray whether the rods are good positions relative to the handle and nickel.

The tray is 18kg and I think the whole pilot have to do with 112kg head, it will be a little more when the wseat be done.

Today I changed the wheel support for the raise and away from the seat.
It remained me of the rectangle aluminum bar that I had to use the triangle thus cutting in half the support, work on the wood to shift the steering wheel so that the bar can be embedded and bolt while the M8.

Today wiring motors, potentiometers and fixing poses reinforcement bars.

I use 1 3x2.5mm cable for each pole so engine will have its pole 7.5mm cable.
The son and tin are set in the terminal.

I'll redo the set, its not like it is too flexible between the seat and the pedals / steering wheel .
So I keep the wheel part / bottom bracket and again the exotic wooden triangle like the rest, wood is a material that I work more easily.

That change tray made of exotic wood, after test is much more rigid and weight issue I do not weigh but it is equivalent to the old.

The three pieces of the triangle are screwed and glued.

    Having regard to all.

It's almost over FAM and ask shifter, also turned the screen, ask her, I'm now all RVs, there are games that I will miss as automobilista but I do not really play on screen since I HTC.
Next step springs for engines because the cranks "grave" when the simulation is cut and attack the wseat.

Is it possible to build platform like this with 25:1 and have good motion?
what is tradeoff beside the motor will move unpowered?

    Hello
A bit of news about the simu adding springs, I made the supports at the bottom and top in 3d printing.

The motors are not heated at all even if before without springs its done, this addition was more for the games because on AC for example after each race the simu was cut, thus did not hold the initial position of the blow the front Descended and the pot exceeded the range of operation, oblige to descend from the simu to raise it and to start a race so that it is maintained, painful.

So as they force less I go to increase the amperage on the sabertooth and have a little more punch.

Next step the wseat, a lot of taf on the seat to incorporate the effect sway and surge, but it will be that next year: B

    Happy New Year's Eve party;)
