Already good hello to all Then here I have just made a house simulator!
I have a samsung note 4 and I also have the helmet compatible oculus!
I know that I can stream games pc on my phone, but suddenly I think to use it with the simulator. My questions: are the compatible games simulator also compatible with oculus? Has anyone ever done this method? Thank you for your answers ;)

Keep in mind the GearVR can only do 60fps and has no positional tracking, and that streaming from a desktop also adds to latency They are all potential triggers for VR sickness, particularly in things like racing games where a lot of things are moving relative to each other. So take that as a warning and go gently, GearVR can't match the Rift or Vive type PC experiences.

That said there are some things you can consider, such as nolo, which will provide rudimentary positional tracking and interface with SteamVR for VR game access:https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/nolo-89-steamvr-compatible-mobile-vr.9429/

There are other streaming possibilities but you mileage may vary with respect to their latency and no positional tracking.

Keep in mind that the gearVR can not be connected by usb to the PC, therefore it would have to be by wifi, adding more latency and worse image quality.

Then super cool thank you very much the system nolo never seen but it looks nice For streaming oculus and pc if it works by usb also a priori have the right to put links so I use trinus vr and I get a streamer gta5 for example in 3d but it takes a good pc. I will find a link and put it on my post In any case thank you very much for your help

If you have any latency between the HMD and motion simulator view and movement that will increase the likeliness of VR motion sickness.

Things like running the motion sim over small axis movements will minimise perceived lag, but if the HMD lags that is a problem.

    Does Trinus have perceptible lag?

I have just done some test on gta and dirt it works quite well but the quality of image remains very mediocre!

I do my streaming in usb what remains best to use.

The wifi, even not the trouble I try because my Internet connection is slow

It's still a nice thing to try anyway. But it will never be worth the htc alive or others!

Another thing I want to point out! If you want to try: The note 4 heats very quickly and cuts even after 5 minutes of use! The trick this make a small fan to cool the chipsets To slide between the phone and the helmet cache it allows to play non stop! And I advise you also to invest in a battery zerolemon 10000mah and the is happiness ;)

Thanks for the link I have trouble understanding with a translation,
I think of anyway to spent on a lively htc and tried to get me the kit without cables;)
I find it used for 480 euros so I think to resell that of my phone and move on to serious things.

You dont even have to mod it. You lose the gear vr sensors and its acts as google cardboard but it does work.
