    google translate:
Hello, I just show making my last simulator manufactured with a 3 dof kit 120 w 24v

    made to

    kit 3 dof 120w 24v : https://simukit.com/3-dof/36-kit-3-dof-120w.html

    - 1 arduino micor
    - 2 sabertooth 2x32
    - 4 potentiomètres
    - pignons
    - 2 supply power 24v 20A
    -4 motors 24v 120w
    - 1 usb cable + 20 arduino cable
    - 14 female threaded rod end bearing
    - 4 nut connection
My idea is to do a simulator rectangle-shaped, closed on the sides:

I started by cutting in MDF board (medium):
    -a 690mm square aside
-a square of 530 mm side
Then I cut down to 4 latte (used in roofing) length of 530mm.
purchased 4 size mounting plate 200 * 90mm and I drilled hole 3 of 6.5 mm at point shaped screwing triangle and a central diameter of 13 mm in order to come fit the motors

    j'ai perçé les 4 plaques
    I drilled 4 plates

    -l'axe moteur

on the square plate 690mm I 530mm drawn in centering the plate side,
on a corner I measured and drawn:
-The position of the bracket that is on the moving platen,
    -the kneecap,
    -the crank,
    -the axis motor,
    -The motor mounting plate

so I could find the position:
-or will be screwed two of the four batten down 530mm length
    -The motor plate
    -the axis motor

    I postponed the measures allover

I install the different components and engines

Difficult to design simpler and more compact!

Frame work looks a little weak to be honest. How are you planning to hold this "Box" together ?

hi, no it will not be a problem, this is not the first simulator that I built.

Really nice build, pretty impressed you manage to kepp it in a soo small enclosure!

Thank you, it is thanks to the 120w kit I used, which is simple with little component for a very good result.
I added 2 fans in push pull and the side plates are on hinges to have access to the mechanics.
