20161010_192851.jpg 20161010_192900.jpg 20161010_192919.jpg When I installed the seat . I was way too high. I cut the u-joint shaft down to about 8". I took measurements off my pvc rig as I liked the way it sits. Installed motor brackets and arms. I'm thinking I going to redo the arms had to cut in half and reweild due to my seat being so high. They are not bent, just not perfectly straight from the heat from the wielder and being on the ground didn't help either. The arms bottom out about the 4:30 position on a clock is this ok? What I mean by bottom out is that the square tubing hits the lever and stops. Also I going to have to redo the steering wheel square tubing, its to hard to get in and out of it.

    Just 1 Pin
I think 1 pin of 5v and ground and Feedback are for Potentiometer 1, and the others for Potentiometer 2

No, personally I just use the 3 pins closest to the main chip.

Got my PC in. Centered the pots. Read the quick start and the full simtools manual. Getting no movement when I go to the output teasting. Jrk"s are lit up green and yellow. Change coms from 3 to 4 and 5 to 6 , still a no go. Anybody see anything wrong? Pics of screens below. Sorry if grainy took with my phone. Manual said Microsoft Dot Net 4.0 is mandatory, I have Microsoft Dot Net 4.6.1 will that cause a problem?

    did you set JRK utility?
Once you've done that you can then set Simtools, but first use the jrk utility to set max and min axis usage and PID.

EDIT: if you've already done that, post jrk utility pics

Got back from a mini-vacation, started to tune simtools. Only reading sway and surge from output testing on tuning center. Thinking i need to invert some of the settings? Or it maybe something completely different. Read the FAQs many times, may be getting thing confused with oneanother ,set all forces to 20% , nothing except sway and surge. 20161207_125454.jpg 20161207_125556.jpg
