my pots cables are shielded but motors are jittering in the middle position and when I move the slider also fitter while moving. Do I need to fix something on Simtool ?

Make sure your pots are wired correctly. I spent a month in the same situation trying everything I could think and come to find out I had 2 wires crossed on the pots. Expensive lesson...

How did you wired your pots ? Are you using 6639 bourns 10k ?

    My pot wiring
    5v to 3
    Output to 2
    Ground to 1

Do a quick Web search and it should show you the proper wiring of pots.
