    Hi all

This is pretty much finished, I just need to do a bit of cable tidying & add a pedal height adjustment mech

    Seat movement (2 actuators)
    Rear skid. (1 actuator )
    Overall pitch (1 actuator )

    X3 buttkickers

Damping mechs at bottom of each actuator was produced after several prototypes and much testing,
These are adjustable , scn6 covers laser cut and powder coated for a nice professional finish

Pedals custom made, bodnar V2 simsteering, Kirky seat (very lite weight)

good! the tubes look very stiff: your sim will be precise in the movements

Thanks yes that's the idea, its box tube -I spent a few days welding it all together at my local welders!

I couldn't stand any flex which results on loss of motion detail

    Love it!

    Nice job :thumbs

When you get the chance please do add a little more detail about the custom pedal build.

    Ok Noorb I will

Its a real car pedal set with hydraulics, quite simple to build really ,
Cutting the hose is the part that's not so nice

Simply assemble the pedal level parts with the hydraulic parts (all real car parts) and add a pressure sensor into the system going to a circuit (in my case a Derek spere board, a bodnar board would do it too )

For the accelerator & clutch a standard potentiometers for each (I used leo bodnar ) , I also used little levers that are meant for RC cars, these pots wire to same circuit as pressure sensor

Takes some time to build but not complex, of course they feel totally real

got everything setup, also have the DCS plugin loaded and DCS world (steam version) patched successfully

the game manager changes to blue "game running" mode when I start DCS
    but zero motion

I have checked my Axis under the test mode and they move with the sliders,
I have turned off windows firewall completely

Do you have any more pics of those pedals? Looks like your using the Tilton 600? What are you using to give you clutch feel?
    Thanks
