    Hi all,
still about motor, after several browse in google about RPQ-180 motor, i find that vicpopo have experience with this motor.
The problem He had is that he never found a suitable h-bridge to drive them. All h-bridges he used burned !!

What does it mean?can i use ard-jrk or ard-mm route?

It would help to link to the member/examples you are talking about, as I can't get my head around what the issue actually is.

You have your choice for Aduino code: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/arduino-code-for-use-with-various-hardware-and-simtools.31/

But try the SMC3 Aduino code out, as it has the handy Windows config utility: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...3dof-motor-driver-and-windows-utilities.4957/

Same with MM, there are different ways to configure them depending on what they are driving: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/motor-driver-for-arduino-compatible-controller.11/category

But as a single motor driver should be fine for the MMs: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/monster-moto-shield-as-a-single-motor-driver.101/

One per motor is recommended and they are cheap enough. Even though you can get quite powerful server PSUs they can be a bit sensitive and our sims tend to have significant power spikes, so best to have one per motor.

thanks, will looking 3 server psu..

and for coupling between motor shaft and hall sensor, i will use flexible coupling. Is there any special requirement for outer/inner diameter?
after searching for several online store there is 8x10mm, 5x5mm, 6.35x5 mm.
    which one is suitable?

For flexible couplings 6.35mm is the standard shaft size for things like the Hall sensors, the other end you choose whatever fits what you are attaching it to.

Use a universal joint from a car tailshaft and mount it as close to the base of the seat as possible: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/universal-joint-placement.108/

@noorbeast, thanks for the advice, i need another advice.
To build shoulder mount seat shaker, what is recommended size of steel for base frame & seat frame to make it as light as possible and not flexing?

Minimum steel size depends a lot on design, as there are different ways to reinforce a structure, like triangle gussets and floor plates. But I would say 25mm is likely near the minimum and will need some design bracing to prevent twist.
