Good afternoon, here ( Brazil ) , meeting easily two types of Arduino , the uno r3 and leonard replacing the door COM, with a plug and play, I wonder if it changes something in the command using the leonard arduino or if it is possible to use uno r3 ?

if you mean you would like to use any sketches either with the leonard or the r3, you can use both.

If you need to make custom USB device (etc. PANEL) Leonado can. And Leonado more PWM pins than UNO.
