    In the picture, left is yours, right is mine.
    and the distance between cross coupling and motors are similar, and you use 200w motors only, but I used 350W motors, when I sit in my 2dof, it can' perfectly, my motors is not enough to move my desk. That's why?
    How do you determine this distance between cross coupling and motors?

    You should actually post the question on your build thread.

    However, I use 60:1 gearboxes, the distance between the pivot point and rod connection is 250mm, which I consider is about the minimum, and I don't connect the rods to the base but higher up closer to the center of gravity.

    The heave spring takes most of the weight on my sim but other designs, such as a shoulder mount seat shaker, are much better suited for big users, as there is far more leverage.

    These are the new HOTAS and wheel mounts.

    They may look similar but the new HOTAS mounts are further forward and quickly detach with 2 nuts.

    The wheel mount is higher and I have a separate one that folds down for a center joystick mount.

    I have ordered a new 50:1 gearbox for heave. The 25:1 is great for racing but I found when recently setting up P3D that the heave motor gets pretty warm if you do long climb outs, where the 25:1 is under constant load for long periods. At some stage I will also change the front motors to 50:1, as they are now under light loads with the heave design and I can pick up a bit of extra speed.

    I did not bag the product of Motion Dynamic, in fact I regularly recommend them.

    What I reported, in a very respectful manner, was a failure and I have noted my appreciation as to what Shane did to assist with resolving that.

    And let me explain why I do consider this a very clear product failure @bsft, that has nothing to do with design. The gears failed not once but twice. The second time was after the heave assist had been added, which results in very light loads. In fact less than you own Desk Racers design, as the heave spring helps lift the user's weight. You can see in some of the videos I have made just how little the front gearboxes have to work with the heave design. In fact I plan on going down to 50:1s for the front gearboxes at some point in the future, because the gearboxes are so lightly loaded.

    Now there is a very handy control comparison here as both the gears that failed can be compared to the motor on the other side, which has been subject to exactly the same settings and use. In fact the other gearbox is still as good today as when I first installed it. Similarly, the new gearbox I got after the second gear failure shows no problems at all.

    As far as I am concerned there are two things that are common to both sets of the gears that failed. The first is the housing they were in and the second is that the gears had been swapped around, as per the advice Motion Dynamics gives on its website: https://www.motiondynamics.com.au/worm-drive-gearbox-to-suit-industrial-motors.html

    Honestly there is nothing wrong with 60:1s for motion sims. My advice is to buy dedicated left and right hand gearboxes rather than swap the gears around.
