    Wow there is quite the amount of flex in that front end, Dradis, I would highly suggest you find what's causing that and tack up some supports. Flexibility isn't your friend in this situation.

    thx mate but the upper frame is alloy ultra light ;). no heavy duty on my motors.

    flex is ok as the upper frame is alloy otherwise it will crack the weldings if its to stiff like it happens sometimes with a mtb;)

    Flex will only Dilute your motion profile's and force to motor's to hold against a small wobble the frame itself is doing. A properly structured frame would not flex Nor would it break the welds.

    imho eliminating oscillation is a concern also. oscillation will affect the overall experience and overwork the components. it creates excess heat, stress and wear on the moving parts.

    @dradis, I noticed that you stuffed your cooling coils with heat paste. That must have been quite a big amount of paste you went through :) ? Were you able to measure water temp in and out and see what kind of heat you were exchanging?
