    this is my first project that took me a long time about 2 years now I got to the end, in the time I made many changes to perfect everything, came as 2 DOF seat only but then you added a base for the loss traction, built entirely of aluminum now weighs about 250kg

    I used the wiper motors with Arduino h-bridge while the loss of traction I have a 48v brushless with electronics built on purpose

    I found a project with a card with a transistor if I remember correctly, I did do a little profile to a friend of mine electronic connecting with Arduino Nano and wrote the code I have yet to try compatibility with simtools

    however, the first project was done with fan speed jrk 12V3 and set the parameters in the program jrk is not as accurate as Arduino project

    I see a truly maniacal care for every detail.
    Of your project I'm interested in understanding first of all what kind of engines you used.
    In another thread in which we found ourselves I realized that you use wiper motors. I would like to ask you more information about your choice.
    I am sure that yours was not a casual choice nor was it dictated by cost reasons. This is why I would like to better understand which engines you used and why this was your choice.

    hello gigi thank you for the compliments, when I started this project in 2011 my choice was to move only the seat to get the maximum feeling, I do not care to recreate the strength G, as we now know almost impossible to recreate, so I I am more focused on the effects of the road, heave / roll / pich when I drive I'm interested in hearing the bumps of the road and the curbs.the choice of small windscreen wipers and relapse simply because the properties of these can be managed even with small amounts of current and this makes them very sensitive on the movements, the fact that they do not have a big reducer that produces a dispersal in effigence and a large induced allows me to incorporate many more sensations compared to a larger engine, obviously there are pros and cons, the pros I just described them, the cons are that they are usable only for the handling of non-large masses and have the prerogative that when not they are under tension they tend to move precisely because of the low frictional force generated.if you were to talk about a fullsim this type of engines would not be suitable but now the market offers excellent engines that can be classified as wiper motors.soon I will update the post with the latest changes made and the different engines tested.

    ciao gigi ti ringrazio per i complimenti, quando ho iniziato questo progetto nel 2011 la mia scelta è stata di muovere solo il sedile per avere la massima sensazione, non mi interessa ricreare la forza G, come ormai sappiamo tutti quasi impossibile da ricreare, quindi mi sono concetrato maggiormete sugli effetti della strada, heave/roll/pich quando guido mi interessa sentire le sconnessioni della strada e i cordoli.
    la scelta dei piccoli tergicristalli e ricaduta semplicemente perchè per le proprietà di questi è possibile gestirli anche con piccole quatità di corrente e questo li rende molto sensibili sui movimenti, il fatto che non abbiano un grosso riduttore che produce una dispersione in effivenza e un indotto grosso mi permette di recepire molte più sensazioni rispetto ad una motorizzazione più grande, ovviamete ci sono i pro e i contro, i pro li ho appena descritti, i contro è che sono utilizzabili solo per la movimantezione di masse non grosse e hanno la prerogativa che quando non sono sotto tensione tendono a muoversi proprio per la bassa forza d' attrito generata.
    se si dovesse parlaree di un fullsim questa tipologia di motori non sareppe idonea ma ormai il mercato propone delle ottime motorizzazioni che possono essere classificate come motori tergicristalli.
    prossimamente aggiornerò il post con le ultime modifiche fatte e le diverse motorizzazioni provate.
