I got one of those for my sim, picked off the badge which was not put on straight anyway - looked 100% better without it. It does the job, OK for the price.

yes. I still feel a bit tender after 1-2 hrs of game play, but yes they are comfortable.
My 86 year old sim buddy @Rastus , has the recline-able version for ages on his seat mover and at his age, he needs comfort.

    That's what I need too, and I'm only 30! :)

Been having the back problems for years, bucket seat is a no-go for me, the open ones or recliners are the one I choose.

I'm going to try to build one this weekend. I'll let you know how it goes. Off to the fabric store to find cheap fabric and high density foam

If anyone here has a source on seats in Canada I'd be very thankful. I can find plenty of examples on ebay that seem okay in USD, but as soon as I try and ship it it ends up costing an extra $300...
All of the local forums and wanted adds haven't been very helpful so far either.

It does depend on what style and price range that you have in mind, but perhaps something like this:

It is an Amazon Canada link and it is there, I am guessing you are running an ad blocker on your browser.

Here it is as an image:
