    Welcome GDP1975!

In simracing, weight is not a issue! lighter pilots are not necessarily faster! ;)

For your sim building, you will only need a higher budget to get some stronger motors.
    What is your budget ?

I have tested 30kg to 140 kg on my frames and design , weight of driver and weight of frame have to be considered. A heavier driver is fine as long as factors are taken into account.
@Historiker has shown with 12v boat winch motors and JRKS that a full frame with a larger chap can be done no problems though.

Weight is a big factor when building sim, specially in a full frame build.
I would have to recommend a seatmover frame only or Im afraid you might be stuck with 240v or noisy winchs.

You live in Greece and have money? Granted its only what I have seen on the news, but you must be the rare one over there.
Anyhoo, we have suggested a few things, next step is make a thread here or in DIY sim projects and put up a design idea if you have one.
We have people here with a LOT of experience and they have built many a design for themselves or helped other develop a simulator.

I did not use JRKs, used an Arduino and a couple of Pololu 755 motor drivers instead.

As to weight, I too am very large and am using a full sled including the monitor. The movement is enough to rattle my brain (insert joke here). :)
