    Hi guys,

This is my brand new and first message on this forum. Sorry first of all for my english cause I'm french and my english far from perfect.
I live near Paris, I'm a simracer since.. the First Gran Turismo (guess my age:blush).
My set up is composed with a Simucube 2, Heusinkveld pedals and Shifter and I use a VR Helmet (HP Reverb G2. My chassis is the P1X Sim-Lab.

Last week I got access to my very last dream : motion system. A friend of mine sold me his Motion-R Seat mover made by NJMotion. And the story begins precisely there :

I have downloaded the set up for the Motion-R, I have downloaded all the plugins, especially for Assetto Corsa. It worked correctly for 2 days. But today, since several days, nothing happens in the game. The seatmover doesn't move anymore.
The tests are correct, the seat moves but nothing in-game. If anyone has an idea, I'll be very happy because at that very moment, I really feel alone.

    Thanks for your help.

Does everything move as expected in Output Testing, you have to have a Default profile configured in Axis Assignment?

Can you please post pictures of all of your settings.

What changed between when it worked and when it did not, was the a Windows update, did you install any new programs?

    Hey,
Thanks for taking time for me. The only thing that changed is that I added a shortcut in Assetto Corsa plugin in order to open Content Manager instead of AC Launcher.
The output testing work correctly. I have Heave, sway and surge and it works well. I don't know why it doesn't want to work in-game.

    As I said, I own a Motion-R seat Mover.
Here are my settings. Is it what you want to see ?

and no windows update and no new program installed since it worked correctly. I thought it was because the seat mover was connected with a HUB USB, then I connected it directly to the PC but it changed nothing.

The most common culprit in those circumstances is antivirus, so try temporarily disabling it, restart SimTools and test. If that is it then SimTools can be whitelisted.

Occasionally antivirus messes with SimTools files, when that is the case reinstalling SimTools may be necessary.

As an aside, your total axis allocation is very high: https://xsimulator.net/community/faq/axis-assignment-percentage-totals.120/

Thank you so much for your help guys. It seems to work now. I just had to select the Default profile to make my Motion R move. I guess it was the thing to do.

It seems to work. Apparently, I have to select Default in the Selected Profile.

What if I want to use a profile that I have created ? It doesn't work in game.

Message to Motion R owners : what kind of values did you put in there ? I'm quite stupid facing that. I don't know what values to save here. Is there a place where users share their set up ? Thanks for youor answers and sorry for my english : I'm french.

If you rig works in Output Testing, but not a game, it is likely a configuration issue.

So which game and can you please post pictures of all of your settings for that game.

There is not yet a SimTools v3 manual, as it is still in Beta testing, but there is some FAQ generic information and most of the existing v2 information applies:

actually, I play Assetto Corsa with Content Manager. In fact, the seat moves only when I select Default Profile. It doesn't moves when I select a profile that I have saved. Here are different captures of my settings in Simtools. Are the values in Picture 3 correct ? What values to set in picture 4 ?

My guess is the default profile is the only profile with axis assignments?
Please uncheck Auto Profiling, and then select the Default profile, and you should be golden.
Let me know how it goes buddy.
