    Hi,

After spending many times to build my BLDC Odrive rig, that you can see all details here:
    https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/6-dof-odrive-bldc-new-design.14580

i want now , to use it for what i built it : Recreate at home, the star tours simulator, that you can at Disneyland.
It was my first motivation to build my rig.

I don't have any idea, how i could do to transform my simulator to a dynamics cinema with VR headset or triple screen....So , i hope that the community could help me for this new project.

    What i know:

    - We can find many videos of the star tours simulators on youtube but only the video... No telemetry.
    - Simtools seems to have a module that permit to generate telemetry with a video but i don't know exactly, how does it work...
-As far i know, i never seen on the web, a similar project....
    - A video of what i want with my rig :
    - And that's all.... :roll

I really hope , that the community will help me to realize this project: Star tours acttraction at home.

Someone from the amusement park motion ride industry was working on one. They already did a BTTF recreation. Haven't released the Star Tours one yet that I know of. Even bake in their own motion compensation.

Thanks for these different tools !!!! It could help me for sure !
But it seems to be not easy to create our own telemetry step by step ....
I think the solution should be to record in live, the telemetry with an accelerometer device , then to use one the tools to stall the telemetry with the video.....

Do you know a device and the process to record the telemetry in live ? Maybe, we can do it with a simple smartphone.... ?
