    Hi, everyone this my first post on here so forgive me for any mistakes
    I am planning on building a Force Feedback wheel on a budget
    I've seen on YouTube that you con convert a car alternator to run with an esc
    I also saw ffb wheels with hoverboard motor
    I do alot of tinkering with electronics but I do not know any programming
    Do you think it would be possible to use a car alternator converted becuase it produces alot of torque, people have used them to build go karts that go 50km/hr

    I had a look into this,

    Basically you turn the alternator into a brushless motor

    It has no magnets so you power the rotor so it acts like a magnet.

    I expect it will use a lot of electricity and get quite hot.

    It could be quite powerful with enough current

    But is there any outher cheap motors that you can recommend doest need to have very strong feedback I was thinking about a cordless 24v drill motor
