I have just bought a second hand Dofreality H3 and it is up and running but one of the 2 front motors is slower than the other by quite a bit.
Rather than try and figure out why and if it is fixable I thought I would just upgrade both motors since this unit is an early version with the small motors/gearboxes.
Dofreality want $250 each for new motors plus $50 for new frame parts and $50 for shipping. Thats $600USD total which is more than I want to spend.
I am also wondering if it is possible to buy any other motors or would I have trouble making them fit and play nicely with the Dofreality controller.
And is it worth trying to troubleshoot the slow motor ?
    Thanks

Worth checking the brushes in the slow motor and check the settings.

I am pretty sure a standard wormdrive is used so other motors should be easy to fit, but double check the measurements against motor specs/dimensions.

    Cheers
I found exact replacement motors direct from the OEM manufacturer in China for just $79USD so I will probably just do that :)

Can you share a link to the motors you got from china, did they work for you?

They wouldn't sell them to me - would only sell to DOFReality so you have no choice but to buy them from there.
    I sold the simulator instead.
